- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Corporate Relocators' fees are based on the size and location of the office or warehouse move. A salesmen will visit your office or warehouse to give you an accurate estimate of the cost of the move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Corporate Relocators' representative will set up an appointment with a new customer at their current office space. The representative will do a walk through with the customer at their current space to give them an accurate estimate of the cost of the move. At that time, the representative will discuss additional services offered by Corporate Relocators. In addition, the representative will visit the destination to determine dock location and layout of the customer's new office or warehouse space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff and crew have college degrees and training in the moving industry. Les Badgett, Vice President of Operations and Sales, has over 25 years experience in the moving industry. Our entire crew are trained on the proper handling of office furniture, electronic equipment, cubicle workstations, and artwork. We conduct weekly safety meetings to ensure that the job site is a safe and healthy environment.
