We hired Chef Isaiah for a taco and rum bar for our last dinner while in Key Largo with our kids and grandchildren. I’ll start with the good: Food was great. The pineapple upside down cake was excellent! Communication was great. He was very nice and kind! And had good ideas when figuring out the menu and working with me. Now with the not so good: dinner was scheduled for 5:30. He told me he needed to be at our house by 1:00 for it to go smoothly and 2:00 at the very latest. He arrived around 3:30. Dinner was not ready until after 7:30. By this time everyone was starving and the children were cranky. You’d think chips & salsa and rum bar would be served first but it all came out together. And while the presentation of the food was good, the foods were not arranged in any manner that made sense. Nice guy, good chef, great ideas. But not so good at actually putting the party together and time management. He needs a partner. Honestly giving him a 3 is being very generous. We were extremely disappointed with the way our dinner went. It was not worth the $1650.

Me and my family definitely enjoyed having Gios Creation preparing our New Year’s Eve meal. It was 10 out of 10. The peach cobbler was amazing, food was very delicious. Will definitely hire again. Thank you

The food was amazing!!!!! However they showed up 2 hours late which caused issues. Other than that in end they pulled through for us in challenging circumstances, so thank you for that! Food was great quality!
