- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Information For personal chef services pricing includes: consultation, customized menu, personalized shopping, cost of groceries " paid 3 days in advance", meal preparations, food storage, easy to follow heating & handling instructions . Clean up is included for all on-site preparations. **Please note that proper storage containers will be needed to store your meals in the refrigerator or freezer. Container fees are addressed at the bottom of this page Minimum meal service is 3 meals per cook date & maximum is 5 meals serving one to four persons. Each meal consists of an entrée is a one dish type meal or in the case of vegan or vegetarian meals then only one appropriate side dish would be provided. Service fee is $375.00 per cook date plus grocery reimbursement. Frequency of service is client's choice of weekly, twice weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cook dates. If you have other needs such as servings of more than 4, more than 5 meals, or lunch & dinner meals please please call for pricing. SEPECIALTY DIETS: If client desires a weight loss plan such as Low-Carb, Low-Calorie, Low-Fat, (IE: Atkins, Dukan, Eat Right For Your Blood Type, Eat To Live, HCG, Sonoma, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Zone, etc.) or Vegan/Vegetarian the fee is $400.00 plus grocery reimbursement. **OTHER OPTIONS** "TWO FOR ONE": Do you have a neighbor, friend, or relative living near you with similar preferences to yours? The 2 for 1 service is designed to be the perfect budget solution to enjoy the convenience of having a personal chef & eating well. Please contact us for more details. EXTRA ADDITIONS to any plan: Chili, Stews, or Soups: 8 to 10 servings- $60.00 Meat Filled Empanadas (Turnovers): $40.00 per dozen ($20.00 extra for home-made salsa) Guacamole: $50.00 - 8 servings Fresh Fruit Platters: $45.00 - 4 servings or $75.00 - 8 servings (seasonal combination of berries, cantaloupe, grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi, melons, oranges, and pineapple Fresh Raw Veggie Platters: $45.00 - 4 servings or $75.00 - 8 servings seasonal combination of bell peppers, celery, carrots, sugar-snap peas, snow peas, asparagus, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, & cauliflower) BREAKFAST ADDITIONS Breakfast Muffins: $25.00 per dozen Breakfast Tacos $35.00 per dozen with sides of home-made salsa Quiche: 430.00 - 6 to 8 servings Breakfast Casserole: $40.00 - 6 to 8 servings Hashbrown Casserole: $40.00 (hashbrowns, cheese, with choice of sausage bacon, or ham - 6 to 8 servings Egg Muffins: (individual crustless quiches) $30.00 per dozen Fritattas: $45.00 - 6 to 8 servings DESSERT ADDITIONS: Brownies or Cookies or cookie bars $35.00 (3 dozen) Banana Pudding: $30.00 8 servings Fruit Crisps: $35.00 8 servings Cream Pies $35.00 Trifles: $40.00 Pecan or Fruit Pies: $40.00 Single Layer Cakes $35.00 Two-Layered Cakes $50.00 Plain Cheesecakes $40.00 Specialty Cheesecakes $70.00 Fruit Filled Empanadas (Turnovers): $35.00 per - 8 servings **Please note the plans above are for personal chef services and not for private chef services. Private chef services include: Intimate dinners for two, dinner parties, cooking classes/demonstrations or catered events provided for up to 250 people. All private chef services are discussed on a per event basis and quote will be given after all details are discussed between both parties. (please see services page for full list of private chef services) ******CONTAINER FEES****** Disposable Containers (Gladware, Ziplock, Rubbermaid "take-a-longs"): charged at reimbursement costs only & are replaced only on an "as needed basis" Plastic Containers (Anchor Hocking, Homz, Rubbermaid): $100.00 annual fee* Glass Containers (Pyrex, Corning Ware, Anchor-Hocking): $180.00 one time fee* ***Please note that all container fees are based on family-style packaging of largest plan and is adjusted accordingly depending on plan selected &: servings amounts. All containers become property of the client and do not need to be returned. Method of payment: We accept cash, personal or business checks, and payment and shopping expense must be received three business days prior to your personal chef scheduled cooking date.
