- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most civil cases we work on a contingency fee basis. Some civil cases are hourly or a hybrid hourly/contingency. Criminal cases are either flat fee or hourly. We have payment plans to ease the payment issues present with many clients to afford them quality legal representation without the huge retainers some law firms demand at the initial signing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to fully inform our clients from the very beginning and lay out expectations in a clear and concise manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and in good standing. And we will try your case if necessary to provide you the justice you deserve.
