I work on a contingency fee of 33-40%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to go over options and to make sure it is a right fit for my firm and the client. Then we start the process of pursuing the claim, which often but not always requires the filing of a lawsuit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated at the top of my law school class and then was hired at the Texas Supreme Court as a Briefing Attorney to Justice Paul Green. I later spent 15 years working on significant personal injury cases.
