I've been practicing personal injury law and fighting for the rights of my fellow Texans for over 20 years. More than that, we've build a team of around 50 attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals all focused on ONE thing: Obtaining maximum recoveries for our clients. Let me start by saying Mr Guss has gone above and beyond in my case and then more than I could have possibly imagine, for me. If you want the highest settlement we must professionalism best office staff and clear and concise communication then you need to sign with Stuart s he is by far the best is second to none. Because he is such an outstanding attorney I have referred him to several of my friends who are equally satisfied for your own good please opt for Stewart when you're looking for a personal injury attorney

This is Part 1 of my review for Attorney Guss and his team. I will post Part 2 once the case is over. First of all, kudos to Attorney Guss and his team. My case managers have been amazing. I didnt feel like my case would be that big of a deal really, but the team has made me feel like their top client...I can knly assume they treat all their other clients the exact same way. There is definitely a HUGE value to working with a complete team rather than just one attorney and his/her team. I have noticed that there is always someone available to take my calls...whether it is my case manager. The assistant, or even the receptionist. They use technology that allows their whole staff be immediately up to date with my case info, so no matter whom I speak yo, they know whats up with my case at any given moment. That is a HUGE plus for me. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable...no BS. There have been a couple of hiccups in my case, mainly other parties' faults...but the Guss team has been quick to respond and fix the issue so as to get the ball rolling on track ASAP. So far...im happy with my decision hiring them. My case isnt over...so they can still mess up my case haha... but they are doing excellent for now. Will post Part 2 once case is over .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis. This means that my clients pay me NOTHING up front to represent them. If I win, I am paid as a percentage of the recovery. If there is no recovery, my clients owe me nothing. No win = no fee!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
