What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a contingency fee approach like most other personal injury trial lawyers. In other words, if there is no recovery, there is no fee to the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends in large part on when we are hired and the nature of the claim(s). Some of the major phases include accident investigation, medical treatment, obtaining/reviewing/updating medical records, settlement negotiations, mediation/arbitration, litigation, and disbursement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Bryant is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, and is also a former judge.
