- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only work on a contingency basis. The Testa Law Group has a No Win, No Fee, Testa Guarantee, which means you pay absolutely nothing unless we win your case! What this means is you never owe us a penny as we only look towards the individual or entity that hurt you for our compensation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients have an enormous amount of methods to sign-up and convey the facts of their case to the Testa Law Group staff. Typically we find that new clients prefer to sign-up through our online Client Portal System where they input their information and are directed to secure and encrypted fields so that we can begin working on their case immediately. Sometimes we find that some clients prefer the phone method and like to talk to an operator and send us pictures and documents via facsimile or email. After the client has signed up with us we begin to diligently work the case and use all of the available tools at our disposal to settle the case within a reasonable time so that they can move forward from the accident.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with a wide number of clients from all walks of life including from professional athletes to stay at home moms taking care of the household. We've been fortunate to serve clients throughout Texas and Louisiana.
