Introduction: I founded Yaziji Law Firm, PLLC in 2006. My mission is to offer my clients a personalized and compassionate legal representation, to fight for their rights and get them fair recovery when they have been injured. 20 years of legal experience and provable track record. I was named in Houstonia’s Top Attorney List for 2013, 2014 and 2015, based on a survey that used experience, peer review, and industry recognition criteria. I am rated 10/10 by Avvo.com. Most importantly, I have been blessed with great clients that I have been lucky to represent and their satisfaction with the outcome of their cases is very important to me. The bottom line is, when I take your case, I put the time and the effort to win it. During the consultation with Ms. Jill Yazijo over the phone. She was very helpful in giving me the information I needed, and directed me in the right direction!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free consultation over the phone, where the LAWYER will talk directly with the potential client about the legal services the Lawyer can offer. Depending on the case, the Lawyer will tell the client the service price that is adjusted to the potential clients case.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We at Yazijilaw offer FREE consultation over the phone,. During that phone conversation the Lawyer (not the paralegal) will talk directly to the potential client and find out if the Lawyer can help with the case. After that, the potential client will be given a price quote when applicable, and the Lawyer will discuss the specifics of entering into a representation agreement. No attorney-client relationship will be initiated without a written agreement signed by the Lawyer and the potential client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Jill Yaziji holds a JD (Juris Doctor degree) from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was on The Review of Litigation editorial board. Jill has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature also from the University of Texas-Austin. Her doctoral dissertation was nominated for the Outstanding Dissertation Award.
