- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work by the hour and am upfront about my hourly cost; it will not change during the project. Anything that is charged additionally would be the purchase of organizing units or packing supplies and would be discussed and agreed upon before purchase. No other fees are charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like having an initial conversation with the client(s) either on the phone or in person at the site of the project if possible. Here is where we discuss the objective of the project and the desired outcome, the amount of expected time, the estimated total cost, hours of work, and any other details we need to cover. I'm open and honest about my work. I need my clients to be completely satisfied, and I make certain this is the end result. I will accommodate as best I can and will always remain flexible and communicative.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have formal education or training that is job related, only job related experience.
