Your training program will be tailored to your individual needs to reach your desired fitness goals. I promise to keep your work outs engaging, different and to keep you motivated. I can work with clients at Studio Fitness in the Heights or we can work out at your home/apartment gym. (610 Loop only)

I have been training with Luis for a couple of months. My goal is to increase muscle mass and size. Luis has helped me to move toward my fitness goal more than I was able to do on my own. His training style is intense and he has definitely motivated me to push myself. He has incorporated a wide variety of exercises and lifting techniques, so I am never bored and always feel challenged. Luis has a positive attitude that is supportive and encouraging.
