- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price for single sessions, but I offer discounts on package deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give first time clients a free session so we can see if we’d be a good fit. If we get along and the client sees benefit in my training, we set up a schedule for how many times a week we would need to meet to successfully reach the goal. After that, we just start to get to work and track progress every 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over seven years of experience with training and dieting, and I’m also certified by the ISSA program for personal trainers. I worked with a lot of clients and have experience on what works and what doesn’t.
