I contacted several services 6 days before I needed my dog walked for one week. Vanessa immediately contacted me and we setup a consultation. I'm still waiting for the four other services to reach out to me.

So impressed with these ladies. We take it really serious with trying to find someone special to watch our fur babies and finding them has been so refreshing. They are very professional and great with our babies. So excited that we found you!

Vanessa was fantastic! I'm new to Houston and this was the first time leaving my cats for an extended period. We scheduled an initial consultation visit and Vanessa asked all the necessary questions ahead of time - making sure I felt comfortable leaving my kitties in her care. While I was gone, Vanessa sent detailed updates on how each visit went including pictures! It was such a relief knowing the kitties were in great hands while I was away!! I will definitely be booking her next time I'm out of town!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a set price, we do NOT charge per dog or cat I charge by the time of the visit. Also your very first visit is free of charge!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are a new client, I first find out what area you reside as I don't service outside the loop of Houston, Tx. From there I ask a number of different questions getting to know you and your pet(s). Once we have discussed what exactly you are needing, I then set up an initial consultation which is free and meet you and your pet(s).
