Julia and team were fantastic! I recently left my pups for the first time. She came to our home to feed and walk them. She was very responsive throughout the whole process. I got lots of pics during my trip of my babies. My dogs looked extremely happy and there were no behavior changes. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely hire Julia in the future. Happy pups and happy owner!

Julia and Luis have been very helpful and responsive. We have three dogs and one is being a bit resistant. They have both been understanding and patient. They remember details about our pack and care about pups. Thank you!

Unbelievably positive experience!!!! Julia (owner) was so polite, accommodating, and genuine from the very first phone call. Her staff members are phenomenal and knowledgeable and certified in veterinary areas too I believe! Laya was who came for each visit over the Christmas holiday and even 2x on Christmas Day!!! How amazing. Julia and her team were so competent and followed my instructions without a hitch. I have 2 bunnies (who are semi high maintenance) so I was super worried about them but I knew they were in great hands on the days Laya would be there. I also had another company helping which was the worst and I will ONLY use JULIA’S Pet services from here on out! I was able to talk to the team member (Laya) doing the visit DIRECTLY which was extremely important to me. If you’re looking for pet services with a genuine, reliable, trustworthy, professional company. LOOK NO FURTHER!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained LVT (Licensed Veterinary Technician) since 2008 and have been working with animal's and their humans since then. Worked for a local Houston VCA for many years (which was totally awesome!) and inevitably started my own pet business in 2012. Animal's are my life 🐶🐱🐄❤.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fortunately, I’ve had an aptitude for animals since I was a small child. It was a natural progression for this to be my life’s work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Honestly, I have the best clients. Houstonians are really great people! 🐶🐱🐵
