We ended up going with Tracy based on all of those attributes plus the quality of his minimum standard far exceeded everyone else. Once the process began, Tracy kept us in the loop and was available for any questions we had. He then proceeded to go above and beyond to ensure the quality craftsmanship met his standards - almost as if it were his own pool. The coping had a few weird spots and Tracy came out, sander in hand and worked for hours to get it perfect. He continued to inspect the progress as construction continued, always keeping the bar high. He took our very rough idea of what we wanted and exceeded it in time, delivery and service."See more
