- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them the specifics of what they need. As they explain, I write it down to make sure I have a thorough understanding. Then, I explain and work with them to make sure the best steps are taken to complete the project. Once we both agree, I send a contract that states what the client wants completed, the due date, and terms to ensure the client will receive their product/service on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Digital Media Major with a Minor in Logistics Technology at the University of Houston. I am also self-taught in audio engineering, Photoshop, and more starting from the age of 12.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In Spring 2013, I took a Digital Photography and a Web Design class as a part of my Digital Media. At first, I struggled as I learned how to use a DSLR and design. And, by struggled, I mean struggled. The first 30 pictures I ever took came out as blue as the Avatar movie! But over time, I improved as I learned different techniques, angles, designing strategies, and more. Now, in both designing and photography, I'm developing my own signature style.
