I use Frank for my clients branding shoots. Some of feedback from my clients Is they want to be in that mode that they took a picture in for the rest of their life. Frank makes them feel like they are already where they want to be in life and that’s what a picture is. It’s supposed to capture The moment worth 1000 words.

Mano photography took my wedding pictures and will not send me my edited photos i have been calling and texting him and he refuses to respond he also showed up to my wedding late. Then left without saying anything to me or my husband while in the middle of cutting our cake also alot of pictures he took we dont have which is disappointing these are special moments that we pay lots of money for and it’s heartbreaking that We dont have the pictures and cant get a response and its been almost a year dont not book with him

Run!!!!!!!!We are extremely disappointed with our experience. Our wedding was on December 19, and as of January 31, we have still not received our photos. Communication was very poor throughout the process. There was no clear guidance that we needed to select photos for editing, and I only found out after repeatedly reaching out. I had to send messages for weeks just to get updates. Once we finally selected the photos for editing, the photographer stopped responding entirely. Wedding photos are once-in-a-lifetime memories, and this experience has been heartbreaking and stressful instead of joyful. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through is unacceptable. I would not recommend based on our experience.

During that period, I went through unexpected personal challenges, including health and equipment issues, which impacted my ability to deliver on time. That said, I take full responsibility for the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. Since then, I’ve taken the necessary steps to ensure this situation does not happen again.
