I felt really bad as my house has been neglected the past few months when two people arrived. They did a great job and went above and beyond. My house looks, and smells, great. I can't thank them enough

I was very impressed with the downstairs cleaning of my house. Everything was immaculate. When I went upstairs, however, it was a different story. There was no dusting of the furniture, all the bathroom mirrors were dirty, the floor looked as if it was mopped without being swept and the bathroom counter looked as if the contents on top were cleaned around. I reached out to the owner to express my concerns and still have not received a response. Unfortunately, I will not be using this service again.
