- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standardized fees based upon the square footage of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we like to meet with them to do a walk around of their property to see and hear what their desired end result is. We then will discuss the quote in great detail to ensure that all parties are on the same page with regards to the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have gone through training and are certified in OSHA Fall Protection and ladder safety. They have also been trained on whatever process or equipment they are working on.
