FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on scope of need to include starting condition, area footage and accessibility, haul size and weight, time and mileage (mileage is charged on all sites 15 miles or more) to site location. I aim to keep my rates fair and competitive. There are no hidden fees, and an estimated quote is provided before scheduling following customer account of needs and photos of condition. A site visit consultation can be requested to provide a finalized quote in lieu of an estimated quote if clear photos/videos are unavailable, trip charge would be applied. Discounts may be available for same-day bundled services, repeat customers, and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple: I discuss the service needed with the potential client, Request photos of the current condition/area if applicable, gather details of the project size and site space, provide a clear quote, and schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the job, I arrive with professional equipment, speak with the client to take a moment to gauge their needs and expectations, complete the job carefully, and make sure everything looks great before finishing. My goal is reliable service and results you’ll be happy with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I boast 20+ years experience with power tools, customer service, and chemical exposure. I’ve spent time learning the proper techniques for residential pressure washing and how to safely clean surfaces like driveways, sidewalks, decks, building exteriors, and patios to enhance the results and optimize the service rendered including conscious care near shrubs and plants. I take pride in doing the job right and delivering results homeowners can feel good about, and HOAs brag about!
