All services include 1 year warranty and all stain and seal jobs include half off labor up to five years to re finish the entire surface with fresh coat of stain/sealer. I had Hayes Outdoor stain my fence. Brandon is obviously very knowledgeable and uses techniques to mitigate damage to the cedar while cleansing. Results are amazing.
