FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fair and competitive pricing. To be honest our pricing reflects the market that affects everyone, but we try to maintain a price that can cover our costs at the same time allowing us to offer a reasonable price to customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to greet our customers with a smile and let them know that we are here to help. Our customers need to know who we are , our values and our work ethic. We start with the initial communication and go from there. We find out what the customer wants done and not done and then agree on a price and schedule an appointment. We value each and every customer so we stress that every job is special.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received extensive training when I went to work for my friend's window cleaning and powerwash company after I was laid off from the oil drilling company. I worked there for several years, learned and perfected different techniques of cleaning windows. I also learned what detergents to use and especially not use for any cleaning process. I was grateful for that knowledge and my friend supported me when I decided to branch out on my own.
