- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly I will determine what status the property is in. Secondly, we’ll decide if the property needs to be decorated or all in all add anything to the property to make it more serviceable. Thirdly we’ll decide if we need to add the property to a certain platform based on the property type. Lastly, I’ll create a spreadsheet for the property expenses and create a nightly rate that will bring in the highest revenue based on the property, location, and property owner needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to launching my vacation rental business I educated myself for 2 years by reading property management blogs, managing properties, how to price rentals based on location and time of year, the best locations to open a vacation rental, and how to provide 100% customer satisfaction etc. Believe it or not, I still educate myself on managing properties.
