Before LoveK&R began managing my properties in Michigan my company was plagued with late rentals low occupancy and high evictions rates. LoveK&R has now managed my properties for over a year now and I haven’t had a late rental payment nor an evection since they’ve taken over. There prompt response to renters request and thorough screening process places responsible renters with quality homes.
