- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Vacation Rentals - 15% if you only want your property managed. - 25% of profit share if you want your property managed + utilities. Includes: - 24/7 guest support - Listing optimization (descriptions, instructions, automated messages) - Handyman coordination (we cover quick repairs under $100) - Cleaning crew coordination - Pricing optimization - Professional photography (extra $400, one time) - Staging consultation - Multiple vacation rental site management ($50/month) Open to arbitrage deals where we do an evaluation and negotiate a fixed rate on mid-term to long term contract. We run our vacation rental business and you receive a monthly money transfer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE Step 1. We ask for property pictures, property links and basic description of listing and amenities. Step 2. We make an evaluation and establish target occupancy, pricing and make suggestions to make property more profitable. Upon Starting Service Step 3. Sign mid-term or long term contract with set profit share and responsibilities. Step 4. Begin ongoing efforts to maximize listing performance.

Our team has over 4 years of vacation rental property management and currently manage over 30 homes in Houston, Florida, California and overseas.
