- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize our prices around the size of the space or home, customers budget and what we are allowed to do in order to maximize the value of the space or home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We do an introductory phone or video call to get to know the customers needs, desires, and expectations for their space or home. In turn we allow them to get to know us and what we do 2. We then schedule an onsite visit with one of our team members to thoroughly inspect the property 3. Finalize all the details and start managing the property
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years experience in Real Estate in various avenues from short sales, tax sales, joint ventures and managing properties. We have successfully completed transactions in multiple states by identifying the correct needs and producing results.
