- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have extra charges or hidden fees. If we find the tenant, we discount the first month management fee. If they refer an owner we give both of them one month free management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a phone conversation and getting to know client and their needs. The next step is meeting with them preferably at the property. And going through the process. Then the documents will be sent for their signature. If the property is vacant we will start marketing right away, if it is tenant occupied, we will meet with the tenants, introduce ourselves and walk them through their new portal. We will get the property report with no additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We will be available for meeting in person and sharing our own experience regarding investment in real estate and everything our landlords may need more info. We also have a list of vendors that would be available for our clients questions. We provide educational videos and emails as well.
