What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on square footage and the pricing varies based on which package you select through my website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I communicate with anew customer via phone and we discuss the details of the listing. I like to ask if there are certain details you want me to focus on like if there are architectural elements you want to make sure I capture. If the client wishes to be on location for the shoot I will walk them through my process and I will ask for feedback on the shots they would like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years of graphic design and editing. I have been doing photography for approximately 10 years as a hobby and professionally.
