They responded to my request and fixed my issue in under 24 hours. They fixed what was wrong and did not try to sell me repairs I did not need. I would definitely recommend them. We had a combo bathtub shower fixture turn on, break, and then weren't able to get it turn back off again. We had to use our water shut off for the house. This happened around 9 pm and by 9:30 am the next day they had someone out fixing it so we could have water in the house again.
