Responsiveness was great. Ahmad looked very professional, inspected our situation and we asked for a written quote. He said we would have it the same day. We actually had it before he left our property. And he said they could be there the next day to do the job. Their office confirmed an arrival window of 11-12. We had asked for a call before they arrived. I’m disabled and have mobility issues. The crew arrived later than expected and we did not receive a call. However, the men who showed up were amazing. They got right to work and the job took about 3 hours. They completely picked up all debris and used a metal detector to find any nails that may have dropped. They bagged it and carried it offsite. We are totally pleased with the work. Best price we were given. We will definitely use them again.

They contacted me immediately after I submitted my info and showed up on time for the evaluation and the actual repairs. I paid through Zelle, which was very convenient. The work is completed, and I couldn't be happier. The office invoice was clearly itemized and very detailed, so that was a plus also.

Ahmad was great to work with and Jorge did a great job, on the spot. I was pleased that he fixed what needed to be fixed but didn’t over complicate or upsell a relatively simple patch job. Would definitely hire again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not here to switch and bait like other companies that advertise roof leak repair for $199.00. Majority of the times roof is leaking due to rotted/spongy wood beneath the shingles or due to loose flashing. Either way we don't charge to inspect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process in beginning a new client relationship is to start with a 15 minute conversation. I offer this complimentary session to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like and how we're going to get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have degree in Construction Management that i apply day to day at my work. Which makes our process easy and efficient, just think of us Guru of Roofers.
