- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When You Contact Exxon Regarding Your Project: 1. One of our trained foreman (Not A Sales Person With No Actual Experience) will arrange a good time that fits in your schedule to come out inspect & evaluate your project for no charge to you. 2. Take the time to explain what condition and issues they find. 3. Photograph the condition of the problem and to point out specific issues. 4. Recommend the best repair solutions. 5. Guarantee the project with a formal proposal within 24 hours of the first inspection or a written estimate onsite (On Request).
