Stephen was proactive in filing the claim and worked diligently to ensure everything was perfectly in order. When it came time for the inspection, he and his manager were on-site, working alongside the insurance adjuster to assess the damage. Stephen came out to inspected my roof and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. He showed up with the adjuster and got the insurance company to pay for a brand new roof. He did everything that was asked of him which helped ease any concerns I had.

I can’t even begin to fully put into words how grateful I am for Stephen! He was attentive, very professional, and the Quality of the work that I received was absolutely phenomenal. Starting out, the thought of dealing with insurance companies vexes me because when it comes to insurance, although it is a “just in case” kind of deal; insurance company’s are NOT easy to deal with. So I imagine that you can understand my frustration and skepticism with me having to go through the hassle of having my roof replaced due to damages that it had taken on. However, Stephen came and made what could have been such a long drawn out and hellacious process, seem so easy! 10/10 if you are weary let Stephen assist you and cut your stressing short.

Stephen was extremely honest with how the process would go. He let me know that it’s not 100% that my roof would qualify for a full replacement.
