I contacted him and he responded right away. Even though he was on another job he kept in touch with me asking what I was having trouble with. I explained I was having trouble with a security camera that I was wanting to install. Later he told me he was on his way to help me. Very polite and very professional. Wore his mask the whole time. He installed the camera and positioned it as well. Now I have my 4 security cameras working. The charge was unbeatable. He was very responsive, extremely patient and professional. I needed to take over the security system that the prior home owner installed so that I could have remote access. Jerry called before he came and explained what I would need and how long it would take. Because we needed to reset the password, and a few other unexpected turn of events, the entire job took three times longer than expected. Despite that, he maintained his composure and also honored the price he quoted me rather than trying to hustle me. Upstanding man and highly recommended.

We are very competitive. We are licensed to work with all the professional manufacturers equipment, and also because we purchase in bulk quantities, we are able to pass the discounts and savings to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to schedule an appointment with the client so we can assess the project physically. This way, we are able to give exact and accurate quotes for what it will take to complete the work quickly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between our sales, installers and technical support crew, we have over 60 years experience working with security cameras. That is an average of 8.5 years individually.
