If I can give this person, no stars I would. The reason I would give them no stars is because they did not do the job at all. Let me explain, I spoke with this person through the messages and they gave me their number to call them. When I spoke with him, I asked him what size truck do he have? He responded that he had a 20 footer. I said that’s great because a 20 footer would move everything in one move because I will have my baby and it will be better if we did everything in one move. We agreed on a flat rate and he said that he will be there on time. He was there before the time which wasn’t a problem because Everything is packed and ready to go. The problem came in when he pulled up in a 10 foot U-Haul truck ( the smallest box truck they have). I am all for startup businesses to do what they have to do to make money so the U-Haul truck wasn’t the problem. It was the fact that he lied and said that he had a 20 footer. I have a party rental business so I have bounce houses and with just the bounce houses it will take up a lot of space( which I told him before he came). Everything else is small items that has already been packed up and ready to go. When he pulled up, I said, why would you lie to me and say that you had a 20 footer and pull up in this small truck? He said that he can do two trips and I told him that the agreement was one trip due to me having my 18 month old with me. He told me that he would go and switch out the truck and I said that was fine. About an hour and a half goes by and I text him and said so I guess you are not coming and he replied that he was not coming back. I will post the screenshot of the conversation. Either way all of this could have been avoided if he would have communicated better and wouldn’t have lied about the truck in order to get the business.. I am a great tipper and if his work was like how he said it would’ve been then he would’ve gotten blessed.

exactly you didn't explain to me that I was filling up a 20-ft truck for only $125 so that's why I bought a 12-ft truck because you said you only had office things filling up a 20-ft truck is a full move and I was only doing it for $125 and I was willing to take two trips to get the job done for you but you making me look like the bad person have a blessed day
