- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For customer acquisition work, I charge a small monthly management fee and a flexible ad budget. I work with the business owner or team to pinpoint the top 20% of prospects to reach and come up with the best offer to attract them. I test small and winning ads can be scaled up as desired. This assures the best possible response and allows business owners to regulate the number of responses they can effectively handle while conserving their ad budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct an initial strategy meeting to discuss the desired outcomes and to gather the information I need to proceed. Then I set the infrastructure in place, whatever is needed (web site, landing page(s), follow-up procedure, etc.) and execute the campaign. As the project progresses I provide regular progress reports, get sign-offs on work as I complete it, and consult with my client as necessary.

I've specialized in marketing for over 35 years. Online marketing is my passion and I've learned from the best: Neil Patel, Perry Marshall, Frank Kern and others.
