Friday evening, with the weekend around the corner, I had a sudden outage at my home. My first thought was that it might be a wider issue, but my neighbors still had power. I called Enphase, and after about 30 minutes of troubleshooting, they informed me the issue wasnt on their end and advised me to contact my installer, Solstice Solar, providing me a case number and their contact info.I called Solstice around 7 PM, and Ahmmad answered right away. He immediately began troubleshooting and brought another team member on a FaceTime call to walk me through each step. We discovered that the system had tripped. With their guidance, we were able to get everything back online, and they even scheduled a follow-up onsite review to ensure everythings in good shape.Thank you, Solstice Solar, for your quick response, professionalism, and patience... especially on a Friday evening! You saved my weekend!

My pre-sales experience with Gage was so amazing. This is a solar company that will be around well after your install to support you and your system. Solstice was great end to end. Starting with my initial consultation, Alfred was great going over all the options and quickly getting back to me with any answers on my technical questions. Followed by BK who was great for the site survey. Once I signed Solstice quickly worked with the city and utilities on permitting, completely hands off for me. The installers were professional and answered my questions and we ended up with a great battery system!

Great advice from Gage! I have 12.4 kW of solar panels on my roof and a 10kWh battery yet I'm getting no satisfaction from Gexa and my contract with them ends in 2 months. Gage gave me a great plan and I am excited to realize benefits from my very expensive investment.
