Introduction: I do Bookkeeping, • Maintaining the financial records of the company using bookkeeping software and or spreadsheets. Maintaining supporting documentation as ready reference of any recorded transaction. • Payroll data entry • Preventing, rectifying, or reporting errors made while recording, posting in or balancing any account. • Reconciling Bank accounts, merchant and credit card. • Preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly financial statements. • Calculating taxes, and analyzing financial statements. • Designing the accounting system for the company (if it is a start-up). • Work closely and assisting your CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with preparation for Tax Returns or audits. or tax agent • Producing accounting reports and income and expenditure statements. • Drawing up the trial balance and the balance sheet of the company at the end of the year. • Maintaining a list for the petty cash fund in a spreadsheet for accuracy. • Maintaining past accounting records of the company. • Assisting in the development of the annual budget of the company and monitoring the budget. • Maintaining a monthly profit and loss statement. Monthly statements. Data entry, file, type letters, graphs in Excel, database in Access, manage/edit large list, research, translations from English to Spanish or vice versa, at a flat fee every month.
