Mario's best trait is his communication as he was very responsive to my messages. He did great work as well along with his dad (I assume) on repairing a broken pipe, replacing a backflow preventer, replacing a sprinkler controller and much more. Overall excellent.

Did a great job tracing wires to find buried valve that was causing a zone leak and replacing. Also did a great job replacing a anti-syphon valve and wrapping pipe. Great communication, timely, and provided a reasonable estimate that included all costs for work so I knew in advance the total cost. Will use again.

After the Texas freeze our sprinkler manifold was shot. Elite came out, cut the whole thing off and rebuilt it replacing with all new parts from the ground up. Work quality was excellent and the whole system is fully insulated. I think i’ve found my sprinkler guy. He even took the time to show me how to protect it in future. Would definitely hire again.
