Ron did a great job at finding the issues with my sprinkler system:, replacing broken valves, leaky heads and even finding valves that were long forgotten under a layer of grass. Really appreciated the care he took to explain the problems and explain the options available. Will hire again

I would definitely use this company again. Ronnie was professional and very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was efficient and at the end of the service, he was sure to walk me through everything he fixed and maintenance going forward. He was upfront and true to pricing.

Not only did Ronnie arrive the same day (within hours actually) but he rearranged his schedule so that he could resolve our issue immediately and restore our water. He went the extra mile repairing the busted pipe and installed a solution to help prevent further occurrence "since he was already there ". We were bracing for a high bill due to it being a weekend, a holiday and last minute but were pleasantly surprised with the charge. We were so impressed that we signed up for spring maintenance.

I would like to have had "ALL 5" items to choose from "Work Quality", "Professionalism", "Responsiveness", "Value", and "Punctuality". Ronnie is and exceptional guy, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He responded very quickly to my request on Thumbtack, followed up with me timely and came to our house within a day, or so. He evaluated the issues we were having with our irrigation system very quickly, and did not charge for his initial evaluation where he took his time and asked questions and discussed my issues, I asked questions which he answered quickly, and tested my control box. He sent me a quote for the job, and let me add, that it was "Very, Very Reasonable". He located 2 of my valves and raised 3 of my valve boxes in record time, and even adjusted one of our sprinkler heads to not spray on our storage shed we installed this winter, for no charge. Over all Ronnie is a great guy and professional, he will definitely be our "go to guy" for all our irrigation needs in the future.
