- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the level of service your pool needs. Our weekly maintenance is $170/month and includes full service—cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks—with a report after every visit so you always know the condition of your pool. We occasionally offer discounts for filter cleanings bundled with service, or long-term customers. Pricing may vary slightly depending on the pool’s condition, size, or if additional services are needed, but we always communicate everything upfront—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple and hassle-free. We start with a quick conversation to understand your pool’s needs, then schedule a free in-person inspection to assess its condition and equipment. After that, we provide you with a clear, accurate quote and recommended service plan. Once you’re ready to move forward, we get you on our schedule and begin service. From there, we handle everything weekly—cleaning, chemicals, and equipment checks—and after each visit, we send you a detailed report so you always know the condition of your pool and when it’s ready to enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained hands-on training through experience in pool maintenance, including water chemistry balancing, equipment inspection, and cleaning techniques. Over time, I’ve developed the skills needed to properly maintain pools and handle different conditions efficiently.
