First...I love how my pool turned out, but it was the most painful process ever. I was excited to hire a family-owned business to remodel my pool, however, what should have been a 4 to 6 week project ended up taking over 3 months. In the end, I didn't have confidence that they could complete the last parts of the job, so I brought in another contractor to finish things up. I ended up overpaying because they didn't complete what I paid them to do. But in the end, I was just glad to not have to deal with them anymore and bring in more reliable and professional contractors.
