Gerald is great! He’s very knowledgeable, honest, responsive and reasonable. I wish I would have found him sooner than I did but now that I’ve found him I intend to use only him going forward for all of my pool equipment repair needs. I was expecting to have to wait on one of the repairs I needed that another company was trying to charge me almost 3x what he said he’d take care of it for so he’s very fair I’d say. There was pool leak in my pool. After ALD checked, they found the return line leak. But ALD can only schedule to repair the pool leak in December. That will be too late for me. Gerald quoted me a better price, and started to repair on 10/29. He found the actual leak soon. However, to repair the return line leak, we had to drain the water to a proper level. It took more than 1 day to drain the pool. During the day, Gerald kept communicating with us, gave us many professional advices. Gerald came again on 10/31, then finished up the repairing. He did a great job. Except pool builders, I had thought almost no pro is able to repair underground pool leak. Now Gerald proves that he is a reliable Top pro and qualified to repair pool leaks. His price is better than ALD or pool builders. Maybe you can find another skillful pro, but seldom pro is as reliable as Gerald. The more important is, his punctual action saves a lot of time. Thank you, Gerald! I recommend Gerald, the Top pro, to everyone.

Gerald was great to work with! He tested our system thoroughly, diagnosed the problem, and had our booster pump and blower up and working again in no time. He has a great attitude and is very professional. He took time to let us know the cost for everything and to get our approval for the necessary repairs. We definitely would recommend him.
