Gerald was awesome to work with. I originally found him through Thumbtack and have since used him for multiple jobs. He has an extensive background and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to hot tubs, spas, pools, and general equipment repair.

He came out quickly and helped us diagnose and replace several components, including pumps, plumbing fittings, valves, filters, and other equipment. He’s also very knowledgeable with heaters, circulation and flow issues, leaks, electrical troubleshooting, control systems, jets, filtration systems, water chemistry, and general pool and spa maintenance.

What I appreciated most was that he actually understands how all of the equipment works together and can troubleshoot an issue rather than just swapping parts and hoping it fixes the problem. He explained what was going on, gave us different options, and got everything back up and running.

We’ve already had Gerald help with multiple projects and will absolutely continue using him for pool, spa, and hot tub repairs. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and capable of handling a wide variety of repairs.

This company! I can’t say enough good thing about this company. Gerald was easy to work with, honest, punctual and he did everything he said he would for the original price he quoted me. He’s my new pool repair go to and he SHOULD be yours also.

Gerald came at a time I requested while my son was here from Dallas so we could both understand what the situation was! He explained it in layman’s terms and checked that everything was working as it should and made a few suggestions. Really appreciate his fast response and quality of service. I definitely will be calling him again when needed. I highly recommend him!

This guy is great. I’m sorry I’m bad with names. But if you ever met an expert of his craft he is one of them. He came in took a look at the pump listened to it and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. It was like watching a skilled doctor diagnose a problem. Thank you again for fixing the problem.

I had someone repair a leak but the fix did not work. I called Gerald and I was glad to see he knows what he’s talking about. It took him less than a minute to see what was missed. He explained the extent of the problem and offered different solutions. From temp to permanent solution.
