I’ve been teaching Tai Chi for more than 25 years, working with all ages and experience levels. I meet you exactly where you are and help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness at a pace that feels right for you. Blending movement, philosophy, and practical, science-based logic, I create a grounded, immersive practice that supports both physical coordination and mental clarity. We’ll start with fun, fundamental walking exercises and gradually move into more intricate postures and flowing sequences. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have prior martial arts experience, every session is tailored to your goals so you can feel real, noticeable progress. All levels are welcome. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes, and let’s explore this gentle yet profound martial art together.
