- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 is the starting price for an simple return consisting of Form 1040, schedule A, and B. Please understand that every return is different, and pricing is determined on an individual basis. Additional forms and services will result in additional charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement starts with an exploratory phone consultation where we answer questions and get to know the perspective client so. Customers then receive an invitation to set up an account via a portal that is used to share information securely. Additional consultation is done over the phone or via web conferencing. Once the return is prepared there is a client review and a quality review before the return is filled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IRS training as well as yearly training and certification maintenance. We also routinely participate in relevant training courses, as well as education to maintain certifications and designations.
