Pestop's fees are competitive, fair and based on the property size, condition and magnitude of the infestation or situation. They are typically less than larger pest control companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We return calls and answer all the customer's questions. We ask questions to evaluate the customer's specific situation to determine the best course of action. For termite issues, we usually prefer to do a visual inspection or ask the customer to provide photos.
Most of Pestop's business comes from referrals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner and all the technicians are licensed by the State of Texas. Continuing education classes are taken every year. Combined, the technicians have over 90 years of experience.
