Mario is a hack job. A diy-er at best. Aside from not doing the job he was hired and paid to do, he is sloppy, unprofessional, and left the home worse than it was. I hired him to fix a leaking shower, solution is to raise the tile. He promised and assured me it will work. He insists I pay him for the full amount on the spot and to call him if it doesn't. The very next day I called him saying it is still leaking, he told me I have to replace my shower door instead. Unbelievable. Blatant daytime thief.
