I hired this company to plant 3 crepe Myrtle trees, a Japanese firm, and pecan tree. The price was reasonable and the method of payment was easy. The office staff was on point with answering questions and letting the owner know my concerns. It was really great working with the office staff. However, the owner never followed up and corrected the errors made by the staff he sent to my home. Example: my crepe Myrtle trees and all my trees were dropped in a deep hole. I literally had nightmares about my crepe Myrtle trees. The bud rail should never be covered and the roots should be unwrapped from around the plant. Needless to say I had to dig up and replant my trees. Oooh and the mulch that was included in the bill never arrived. Bad owner and tree planting staff, shame on you!
