I messaged Eric, and he contacted me within 30 minutes, we discussed my issue. My bathroom lights had gone out, and I was not sure what it was. He talked me through the simple possibilities. When that did not work, we scheduled a time and date. He communicated with me when he would be there, and he was on time. He did some troubleshooting and was able to find the issue. He replaced some old, "faulty" plugs and outlets with GFCI-protected ones. I will be using him for my future lighting and electrical needs!

Eric met with me at a house I am attempting to purchase, to inspect the electrical panel. It was a concern in the home inspection. He explained based on his observation, nothing was needed to be replaced. All was in good shape; which was my impression as well. I appreciated his honesty and his helpful comments about the overall appearance of the house. Will definitely call him if needed in the future.
