We hired AMG State Valet Services for my brothers wedding reception party. the valet guys were able to manage to accommodate all of our guests cars In the neighborhood with limited parking spaces without issues and had courtesy towards our neighbors . The fee for the service was a little more than the other quotes, but definitely worth it, especially because they provided us with the red carpet. Valet attendants were wearing their uniforms and provided their signage and equipment . I will hire them again for my future events.

A.M.G State Valet Services has really upped the ante for whole valet service industry. I contracted them to provide valet/parking services for any event and they delivered!!! My guests raved about the customer service and the overall ease of how it flowed. I researched various companies in the area and received a lot of feedback but was most impressed with this company. During the proposal process, the manager Mike, provided a lot of insight and anticipated my needs based on his experience with this type of event. They offer competitive pricing and although they were not the lowest quote, since Mike was very forthcoming with details and suggestions, I felt they were the best choice. They presented all required credentials which is a must for any legitimate valet service company! They provided world class service which set the tone for my event since they were the first point of contact for my guests. They really took the stress off of me as I was able to focus on the event and not worry about the logistics of parking. I will definitely use them again for any future events and highly recommend them!!!!

This is the biggest JOKE of a "valet" service I've ever experienced. I pull up to Stones Throw and wait 10 minutes for someone to "valet" my vehicle. They finally open the door, and in broken English, say "$5 if you have it" .... If I have it? Pocketing money much? Regardless, I paid the "$5 valet cover" ... My friends who showed up before me were not asked for this $5 cover btw- so we are in the bar, which also sucked, waited 20 min to order 3 beers then ventured out to the "patio" when my friend notices his car is being pulled up... The valet guys mixed up his car with another persons and they almost left with it!!!! Experiencing that I obviously got nervous about the quality of their service- so I decide to go out to the valet stand and ask where MY car is located and if I can get some of my personal items out...their response after 10 min "your car is 3 blocks away, what do you need? Our guy can get it.." ARE YOU JOKING ME!!!! I just paid $5 for you to park my car 3 blocks away and completely ignore my request- and then after I argue with them and finally convince them to pull my car up I hear him go to his coworker and call me a b*tch. I could go on and on with this rant - but at the end of the day I have NEVER been disappointed with a valet service. I love places that have valet, in my mind valet is a luxury/amenity and should never be an inconvience or a sketchy situation. Moral of the story - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I usually welcome any feedback especially if it is negative to correct and improve my business as long as the criticism or input is genuine. After investigating your claim, I will go over each point you stated in your review: at the business you mentioned Stones Throw which by the way has 4 stars rating on Yelp, we have 7-8 valet attendants working there with a manager and a coordinator at the valet station at all times. Theyre there with flash lights to direct the traffic to the valet and theres no way you waited a minute not 10 unless your minute is 6 seconds and not 60! All of my employees have legal status in the US and they speak English fluently. It does not take Shakespeare to open you door, greet you, give you the valet ticket, and to tell you it is going to be $5 please. More than 50% of customers ask then: now? Meaning pay $5 now? And we say yes please if you have it on you now you can go ahead and pay. As for charging you and not your friend that got there before you, it says on the valet sign complimentary before 8pm. The valet guys did not mix your friends car with other customers car; the valet attendants bring the cars to the front lot whenever front parking spots become available. We have a strict policy regarding handling valet tickets and will not randomly mix customers vehicles. This policy is actually posted on the valet podium as well. Again the response to your question on where your car was wont take 10 minutes! When you valet your vehicle at any business, the valets job is to take your vehicle, secure it at a safe parking lot in our case it happened to be the only available lot in the area and it is true to be 3 blocks away. Id greatly appreciate your alternative if you have one! and bring your vehicle back to you sound and in the shortest time possible. We do not expect customers to be in and out of their cars after they have used the valet service. However, it happens that customers sometimes forget their cell phones or belongings and we understand that. In such cases, we give them the choice to get what they need by themselves or if they prefer we bring whatever they need from their cars which is the case in 95% of the time. The most invalid part of this review is accusing the valet manager of calling you a b****!! This just gave no credit to your story especially that the valet station is located between two bars and both door guys witnessed the situation and both denied your claim. Please keep your reviews legit and I will do everything possible to fix and take care of your complaint. We are not perfect but we make every effort to provide our clients and their guests with the best treatment and valued service out there in the market.
