- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when working with a new client relies heavily on understanding. Before the event we meet up or talk about the logistics of the day. But at the core of this preproduction stage, we focus on the overarching story that is to be told. We focus on capturing moments like, the bride and groom’s prep, the guests initial experience of entering the venue, the toddler chasing his sister before the ceremony commences, etc. After the wedding, event or shoot, we make sure to get the final product to our clients in the shortest time span possible while delivering it in the highest quality possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a videographer, find someone that can respect your vision. Finding someone that is easy to work with makes all the difference.
